The origins of Villa Eugenia go far back in 1910, when it was built in a secession style for one of Austro-Hungarian aristocracy representative. In the 2003 it was completely refurbished, leaving just the staircase and the main doors intact, to meet highest standards of modern active leisure.
There are two ways to enter the Villa. First, situated at front, surrounded with Mediterranean garden and another at the back, used also as a way of reaching the hotel’s big parking lot. Hotel’s lobby and the parking lot are under complete video surveillance. Just a few steps away, there’s a multimedia conference hall with hi-technology, which satisfies all the needs of modern business communication. Just across the way is a spacious room where you can enjoy yoga classes or exercise on a power plate. The yoga and power plate exercises are for the guests and also for the local people.
The villa has three floors, each consisting of five luxurious rooms. Every room is fully equipped to satisfy highest needs of modern client. Instead of a usual room keys, intelligent cards are used to enter the rooms. After entering and deposing the card, the rooms welcomes you by turning on the lights, TV, air conditioning, and all other devices in the room. Broadband Internet connection, minibar and safe can also be found in all the rooms. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Rooms in average occupy 30m2. On the first two floors, all the rooms have large balcony or terrace, facing beautiful bay of Kvarner. The top floor rooms are furnished in more modern style with large roof windows, providing scenic view of an evening sky.
Other villa’s amenities such as restaurant, Jacuzzi, sauna, billiard bar and spacious winter garden gallery are situated on the ground floor. Our restaurant offers You rich cold-hot buffet breakfast.
